Primary Purpose of the Job:

 Providers support for all operational departments on matters related to Systems (WMS, TMS, etc..), reporting and customer billing


Principal Accountabilities:

Acts as the Focal point of contact between IT/IT service providers and the rest of the operations teams on matters related to system functionalities and reporting

Supports operations team during new system or feature implementations

Responsible for Operations Team’s central inventory management and reporting

Routinely generates and updates monthly, weekly and daily reports

Generates Adhoc reports and data analysis based on management request

Responsible for completing and reporting month end closing process and billing as per established guidelines and determined timeframes

Executes System transactions including Transfer orders, stock distribution and inventory adjustments

  • Make sure of proper complete fabricated scope deliveries to be made including the necessary fixing elements required with proper documentation.

  • Necessary Projects’ Site, Suppliers and subcontractors’ factory/premises visits to support overall project targets and to maintain proper follow up for necessary coordination needed.

  •  Train and develop Labours' quality and productivity, and ensure minimum labours and staff cost for production. Maintain the presence of the best-qualified production team.

  • Ensure minimum cost for materials used in production by getting involved in cost estimation; propose equivalent products with lesser cost.

  •  Prepare Production reports as needed (for Projects team, for Management, for Planning, and for any required reports might be needed)

  • Implementing international standards for production, QSHE standards, guidelines, and Plans.
